DEP has been formed as a consulting firm delivering high-end master planning, architectural and engineering services, starting from concept design phase through schematic design, design development, tender preparation and evaluation in addition to site supervision and construction management services.

Founded by Partners, previous Design Managers in reputed international companies with extensive experience in conceiving and delivering large scale projects, DEP has attained an impressive roster of Clients since the commencement of the corporate operation. It has put forward expertise and technical efficiency to optimize its client business performance and has expanded its operation to cover different countries worldwide.

Throughout the years, DEP has made a noticeable growth and a good reputation. In addition to feasibility studies, building design studies and site supervision, the firm has specialized in providing electro-mechanical engineering services for communities, industries and airports, as well as life safety studies, design of intelligent systems and integration of information systems. The firm has procured the latest calculation programs and drafting applications. DEP is a member of the Lebanon Green Building Council (LGBC) and has an active member in its directing board.
