Scope of Work
Preparing and securing "Jeddah Civil Defense/AON" approval of the Fire and life safety strategy for zones N2 and N3, consisting of high-rise hotels (1209 guestrooms in total), a shopping mall and underground parking, with a total built-up area of 208,000 m². In addition to fire zoning and means of egress design preparation, the study included the detailed design of fire alarm and signaling, fire fighting, smoke management and emergency lighting systems according to IBC, NFPA 5000, 101, 92, 72, 70, 20 and 13 and GCC life safety codes whichever is stringent.
